Casa Nicole is a pleasant and spacious villa where you can devote every moment of your vacation to rest and enjoy its facilities. If you prefer you can venture out to discover the magic and natural beauty of Las Terrenas and its surroundings.

The villa is located in the “Bonita Village” residence less than 100 meters from Las Ballenas beach. You can walk there or spend a full day there. You can also rent a kayak or paddle, enjoy the atmosphere as well as the gastronomic offer of the region while waiting for the majestic sunset.

Casa Nicole, with its 650 square meters, is fully furnished and equipped to comfortably accommodate 12 people, with the option of receiving a maximum of 2 extra people that will pay an additional cost per person and per night. It has 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, closet and private bathroom.

In the villa you can start the day enjoying a typical breakfast prepared by Maritza, who will make you feel the charm of the Dominican Republic through food. You just buy the ingredients! Every day, Yasmilo will be happy to keep the villa clean and tidy.

The distribution of spaces at Casa Nicole encourages a family dynamic, while some members play ping-pong, others sunbathe on the deck chairs while refreshing themselves with a cocktail or a cold beer. The house swimming pool is always a great idea for relaxation.
Later you can prepare a tasty barbecue and nice portions of vegetables on the grill. Finally, play billiards and taste a delicious Dominican rum!

The privileged location of this villa allows you to plan different activities and fully enjoy every day of your stay. You can count on us to advise you on organizing horseback riding on the beach, having fun on the zip lines, visiting waterfalls, knowing the coffee route and if you come in season... let yourself be surprised by the whale watching.

Electricity :
Electricity is expensive in Dominican Republic, so we included 30 Kwh in the rate for your consumption per day, the exceed is charged at 0.30 usd per Kwh. We take a pic with you when check in & out. We thank you for responsible consumption!

Guarantee Deposit:
A guarantee of 500 Usd will be collected in cash on your arrival and returned on the day of your departure if no damage is noted in the property.
