    This home is located less than five miles from downtown Truckee, a popular area for dining and entertainment. Visit the Squaw Valley Resort in the winter to ski among the dramatic alpine scenery in an area that boasts one of the longest ski and snowboard seasons in the country! Or take a short drive over to Donner Lake for fishing and hiking throughout the year. Book this home for your next California adventure!

    *Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.

    *No excessive noise and/or trash

    *All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week

    Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $200 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The water stopped working one day into my stay. The refrigerator didn’t keep any of my food cold and everything went bad in the fridge. I tried contacting the host and all they said was they will get a team on it but they never came. The water turned on 2 hours before checkout and they did not want to give a late checkout because they have no way of contacting the people that clean the house. We didn’t have time to shower and we tried to listen to the host but this was a terrible stay for us and i will never come back. All i wanted was a some sort of refund for the inconvenience and they cant even give that. Horrible stay would not recommend.
