"The only negative comment I have was the kitchen was off at the restaurant . We went to the Bistro just casual, ordered a salad. It took over 45 minutes to get our food"

"All the staff l encountered was willing to assist with any question or concern l had. The pool is still not open but they offered shuttle to another property. There is some cosmetics and structure repairs that are needed. Once that is done they will be good to go. "

"Our stay was here was good. The service and staff were really helpful and friendly. The shuttle service was easy to use. Our room was fine, but it definitely looked like it could use an upgrade. There were a few "rough" areas that needed repair in the room, but overall it was a good place to stay and affordable for our budget. We didn't have enough towels and the front desk person quickly brought some up and was very polite. To get ice, we had go down to the first floor store, and the ice was complementary. I stayed here with my family and we would come back here. We were able to walk to the mall for food and it was close to a Starbucks and Dunkin. "
