The landlord is a raging drunk. Don’t know if I have ever seen him sober. His poor daughter periodically goes into conniption fits, and tears up the place. I gave her a small teddy bear in hopes it might assuage her rages. Seem to help a little bit., But the poor girl needs serious professional help. Don, the landlord, is a raging lunatic. He yells at the guests, and at his family. What you will pay in psychological damage is not worth the price savings. ##### William H. Stayed here for 4 days and then again for 3 days a few weeks later. The house was in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The private room was clean and comfortable and had a door key. I had access to a full bathroom and a large kitchen, which were shared. Don was an excellent host. His small children were well behaved and made the warm stay more like being with a family, which I enjoyed, rather than staying at an ordinary hotel room.
