Fairway Villa 1403 at Rumbling Bald

Overlooking the #1 Fairway of Bald Mountain Golf Course and very close to the common area on Bald Mountain Lake, this two bedroom, two bath condo features a golf motif and Berber carpet throughout. Two bedrooms each have two full beds, TVs, and separate baths with tub/showers. The vaulted ceiling great room has a sofa, armchair with Ottoman, glider rocker, and entertainment center with TV/DVD/CD/VCR.  A round dining table seats six. The kitchen has a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and room with a small washer/dryer. You'll be within walking distance to recreational amenities. After a day of  recreation, lounge in the shade either beneath the retractable awning on the rear deck to watch golfers or on the covered front porch deck.  WiFi is available.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
