"This is a brand-new property, which is something I always love, offering large rooms with a nearly full kitchen at a very reasonable rate, just a 15-minute drive from Downtown Syracuse. The only issue I had was with coffee. Every hotel has a small coffee maker in each room with packets of coffee, or at least some method of making a hot beverage. Since there is no breakfast or food of any kind available on-site (except for an oddly stocked vending machine), we planned to have coffee in the room. I called ahead about this, and they offered to have a coffee maker placed in the room. It wasn't there, and when I asked, they said they were all lent out. So I walked to the Speedway about five minutes away and got coffee. Later that day, they delivered a drip coffee maker to our room. We were psyched - we had brought a bag of Peet's and some milk. The one thing we didn't have were filters, and the hotel provided none. I suggested they get a reusable gold filter for each of their coffee makers, which would solve the problem. So, it was Speedway coffee for our stay. Note: they do have a coffee machine of a sort in the lobby, but it was often out of service or being cleaned. Otherwise, a great stay and we will definitely return!"

"Front desk staff was very helpful. Room was super comfortable and clean. Love the mosaic tiled bathroom. Great bar - perfect dry dirty Martini. Breakfast was meh, but lots of places for that close by if you need something more than continental basic. "

"I liked having the convenience of all the surrounding businesses of the hotel. The hotel was nestled off to the side, still giving a feeling of privacy and exclusivity. The hotel wasn’t over crowded, allowing for great parking. The breakfast bar was super clean and the food was fresh. The hotel had an overall relaxed environment, and good vibes. We will book again!"

We lost power in the middle of the night that affected my husband and I getting restful sleep with our CPAP's. Told the front and they said, "yeah it was out for a few blocks.""
