Detached house (built in 1992) with rustic charm. \- On the ground floor: -> Large living room (approximately 40 m²) divided into a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, 4-burner stove, dishwasher) with access to the enclosed garden at the back, \-> And a living room with TV, opening onto a terrace and small garden (at the front of the house), \-> Toilet and washing machine in the garage. \- Upstairs: \-> 3 bedrooms, including 2 with a double bed (closet-wardrobe) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (wardrobe), \-> Bathroom (shower and sink) and 1 separate toilet. Exterior: Enclosed garden at the rear of the house, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking space. End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: €100 flat rate. Linens are not provided. Es liegt zwar an einer Durchgangsstraße, aber da zwei der Schlafzimmer nach hinten gelegen sind, findet man auch Ruhe. Es hat alles was man braucht.
