### Sumptuous house with pool

HostnFly offers this charming 150 square meters accommodation located in La Rochelle. It features a swimming pool and garden.  
The apartment has 5 bedrooms, including a master suite and a separate apartment, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.   
It's ideally located just a 7-minute walk from the market and 9 minutes from the old port.

The accommodation includes:   
\- 5 bedrooms with three double beds, two single beds and a cot;  
\- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;   
\- three bathrooms  
\- and a salon.   
  
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hairdryer, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee Machine, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven, Iron.  
  
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.   
Our cat, a Bengal named Ramses, lives in the house and roams between the house and the outside.

\- île D'Aix via Fouras;  
\- Île d’Oléron;  
\- aquarium of La Rochelle;  
\- skate park, indoor and outdoor;   
\- kitesurf site on Ré (Rivedoux),   
\- and surfing is also possible on Ré at the Grenettes beach and Gros Jonc beach.  
  
We leave at your disposal many guides of the city and the region.   
For your everyday shopping, you will find a hypermarket "E.Leclerc" 13 minutes walk.

In the heart of the popular area of Fetilly, just a 5-minute drive from downtown La Rochelle, or a 15-minute walk by the parks.  
  
A must-see destination, La Rochelle has many assets to charm its visitors. Port city par excellence with its four ports, the White City enchants all those who pose the gaze on the white stone bathed in sun in which the buildings are built. The ocean, omnipresent, is the symbol of the city, sweeping the nostrils of the visitors of its spray. The old stones also have their say in this landscape bordered by the Atlantic Ocean where low coasts, steep cliffs and sandy coasts alternate.
