THE APARTMENT:

Tile and hardwood floors in every room; the double-glazed windows are made of powder-coated aluminum with electric shutters.

The apartment consists of an entryway leading to the bathroom with toilet, a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and living room, a first bedroom, and a second bedroom on the mezzanine with a second toilet. The living room is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed.


SLEEPS 5–6:

- In the first bedroom, a large bed with a double upholstered box spring (2x80x200) and “ROYAL PALACE BEDDING” bedding—offering superior comfort and hotel-quality comfort with a 160x200 memory foam mattress.

- In the loft bedroom, a large 140x190 bed with an upholstered box spring and a high-end spring and memory foam mattress.

- In the living room, a 140x200 sofa bed.


KITCHEN:

- Separated from the living room by a zinc countertop.

- Fully equipped with a 4-burner electric cooktop, exhaust hood, microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.


AMENITIES:

- High-speed fiber-optic internet with Wi-Fi is available, as well as a large 100 cm flat-screen HD digital TV.

- Washing machine, iron, and ironing board...


OTHER:

- A private parking space is reserved for you next to the residence entrance and located directly beneath the apartment’s windows.

- A locked bike storage room is available on the first floor.

- SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED (but mattress protectors, comforters, and pillows are included).

THE STAIRCASE TO THE MEZZANINE IS A MILER'S LADDER AND HAS 11 STEPS. I ADVISE YOU TO USE THE HANDRAIL TO MAKE ACCESS EASIER AND URGE YOU TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION WITH SMALL CHILDREN.
