This mid-century modern home (1959) was purchased in 2018 and has undergone extensive renovations. Enter the front foyer through the double doors, and the open, loft-style living space will greet you with a great room, a modern kitchen, and a long spacious table. This is the perfect space for entertaining and gathering with your family. The floors are sleek, grey concrete, and the entire back wall of the home features glass windows and French Doors, overlooking a large concrete deck with a built-in sunshade canopy--and pool and canyons below. This is California living, where the indoors and outdoors join one another in beautiful harmony. Walk down the winding stairs to the lower pool deck, where ample pool furniture awaits your fun day in the sun. The property is completely private and very spacious for large gatherings. We are located in a residential neighborhood with easy parking on and off the property and close to desirable beaches and tourist destinations. Because of our lovely climate and gentle breezes off the ocean & canyon, the home does not have A/C but rather a "whole house fan" that can be utilized if the house does get warm.
