« We enjoyed our trip. The location is very central so it made travel very easy. The living area is pretty small especially with this giant dining table in place. We would stay here again. »

« We stayed at this wonderful home for a wedding weekend. Our party included our parents all in their 80s. and 90s. We prepared food for the grooms and bridal parties, as they were getting ready at the resort. The kitchen was so well stocked and the house was so roomy we were able to do this easily. The backyard was great for our dogs and for just lounging in the beautiful weather, the beds are super comfortable and the linens were great. We don't have one negative thing to say about this...

« Enjoyed the stay though weather in La Jolla in May was still cool and little sun. Home was perfect with new carpets and painting (one room still showed work in progress). One problem was lovely tub in master bedroom has no hot water tap so unusable tub. Great jacuzzi, bbq, easy walk to main center. plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc. »

« We were a family of 12 and it ranged from a small toddler to teenagers and adults and let me just say this home accommodated all ages perfectly. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was certainly a plus! The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes of all kinds even dishes and utensils that were toddler friendly. « The property location and amenities are very good. It’s fully stocked with medical, kitchen, baby items which is great. It was very clean as well. Only things which need upgrade is the furniture which is rusted so it’s risky for babies who touch and eat everything. The check in process was bad because we did not receive the instructions and no one replied on message as well. We could finally get the check in code by calling SD beach king. « It was such a nice cozy place. Dorene went above and behind to make us feel welcome and special, and was always pleasant to interact with. So many nice touches: Comfy beds, great location, two kitchenettes (not big but great to have) stuff for children/babies' washer/dryer, hot tub. The neighbor Alex was also very nice and helpful especially considering the backyard is a shared space where he lives and we were just vacationers. Everything was perfect for our needs, would definitely stay here...

Having a washer and dryer made a big difference. This house is century located to everything that you would want to do and we did it all, we were here for my son’s Marine Boot Camp graduation.
