At the foot of the cycle paths, it is the perfect place to visit the island and enjoy its rich heritage and magnificent landscapes. As a family, children will be delighted with the play structure of the residence and lovers of walks will be pleased to find themselves just a stone's throw from the coastal path that connects La Flotte to Saint Martin.



The 50m² house has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. The rental features a lovely enclosed terrace with no overlooking neighbours, of 25m² ideal for relaxing in deckchairs or sharing a good meal. You will have access to a heated communal swimming pool (open from late April and heated from 30 May to 30 September). In this house, you will find a television and a washing machine. The open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room has induction hobs, a grill microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and Tassimo, a toaster, a kettle…

- A parking space is available to you in the residence and you will be able to park your bicycles safely in the small closed entrance in front of the accommodation.

- The accommodation has no Wi-Fi access.

- The furnished property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- Small pets are accepted (weighing less than 20kg).

- The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.

- The co-ownership reminds residents of the accommodation that it is forbidden to use charcoal barbecues, however you will have access to an electric plancha in the accommodation.
