With two storeys, the property boasts a private outdoor space of 1,200 square meters, featuring a lush lawn, trees, and a seasonal above-ground round swimming pool (4.6 meters in diameter and 90 cm deep, available from May 1st to September 25th). Guests can enjoy the convenience of on-premises parking, internet access, a trampoline, and a washing machine. The property is located in the district of Veljaki, Rijeka, Croatia, just 1 km from the center of Kršan.

Additionally, you can access the terrace directly from this area. The house boasts multiple bedrooms, including one room with a sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV, another room with a single bed and a double bed, accompanied by air conditioning. There is also a room with a double bed and a room with two beds.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-appointed with modern amenities, including 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine, making meal preparation a breeze. The house features a shower/WC and a separate WC for added convenience. Electric heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout your stay. Outside, you can enjoy the 25 square meter terrace, which is partially roofed, offering both shade and sun exposure. The terrace is equipped with furniture, a portable barbecue, and 4 deck chairs, allowing you to savor outdoor meals and bask in the pleasant weather.
