Very friendly and professional staff, clean and functional rooms, great location for walking. Secure entry to hotel and facilities. Quiet rooms. Shuttle and taxi services very convenient. Well described in advertising and booking pages. Pleased we stayed here, no regrets. Thankyou KHFH!

I made a request for cooking utensils initially and the hotel rejected me by email. Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE! I told then they should have called me and not let me check in and wait for an hr and a half! Then they made me wait extra 10mins and they told me they will fix it and offered me comp drinks in the restau. After 5mins they came back saying They have the room ready and they will give me my request and a late check out. Of course that ia expected because they made a mess. I know it is high season but still NOT acceptable.

Hotel qui a besoin d'une rénovation des chambres car le mobilier est vétuste et la salle de bain ancienne et pas propre. Une cuisine inutile car aucun couverts et aucune vaisselle disponible. Une piscine ouverte non chauffée et qui ne fournit pas de serviette de bain.

酒店雖然較舊 但整潔度不錯 兩房間隔很好 最唔滿意係員工服務態度 極度冇禮貌 我4人入住 希望可以提供多兩張被 但前台職員極冇禮貌地講 “一間房間只會提供一張被 唔會再比 你間房而家一張被都冇？ 我哋最多比多一張被比你 另外個張唔知比唔比到你 要問下先” 最後等左15分鐘後比左一張被我地亦都冇再通知會唔會比多張被我地 作為一間4星酒店 有咁既服務態度就已經不能夠想像 既然睇唔起一千幾百既生意就唔好放出黎比人日租

Forgot to take the DO NOT DISTURB sign away before I go out. Ask for the new towels when I come back to the hotel at night. The housekeeping wasn't very happy about providing the service at 10pm. Telling me few times that I have to ask for the service during the day.

除非對住係無要求既你，係可以考慮。

無法接受香港4星級如此差既質素 酒店大堂環境&會所還可以接受，但接待人員完全無笑容完全目口目面。 至於房間方面需要改善空間好大，梳化完全唔好坐，好污糟，窗簾既鋼珠舊到生銹….. 廁所第一次見設計係用殘廁格局加好多鏡….. 浴缸去水差到唔識形容。 採用獨立房間，門舊到就甩皮，衣櫃毫無設計就咁加幾板就算，床褥硬到木板咁喜歡硬既話都無問題。 廳既電視我諗十幾年前貨，仲可以睇到雪花添。 最後走都浪費十幾廿分鐘check out…… 係等樓上check 房有無問題！ 房間係無要消費既野！ 總結如果免費住都唔會考慮住。

Great pool!

Fantastic pool experience! Some sunny spots, shady spots, deep areas and shallow ledges for little ones to bask safely. Apartment-wise it is a bit old and dated but perfectly functional, spacious (by hk standards) and clean. Beds were a bit hard and aircon a bit noisy. Breakfast hosts simply allocated us a table but did not point out where all the food was as some of it was outside the main dining area which we didn't know until day 2. Plenty of other food options about 10-15min walk or a short taxi ride to Whampoa.

前台接待幫我們check in嘅女仔好好人，服務態度良好，雖然我們所有的要求，酒店也未能配合，但員工的良好態度和笑容(隔着口罩也感受到)，足以化解所有問題👍
