The Neighborhood:  
The apartment is located in a new apartment building on Szpitalna Street on Salt Island in the seaside town of Kolobrzeg. The apartment building is equipped with an elevator and monitoring, which ensures a comfortable stay. The building provides privacy and the opportunity for walks in the nearby parks and green areas. The location on the island is a great asset, adjacent to the river, yet close to the center of Kolobrzeg and only 2 km from the beautiful sandy beach. The Kolobrzeg Lighthouse is also just over 2 km from the property. Popular attractions to visit while in Kolobrzeg are the pier (2.2 km) or the Museum of Wax Figures (2 km). The road from the object to the center, where the Oceanarium lies - 13 minutes walk, and to the City Hall - 16 minutes. The neighborhood is well developed, so you will find everything you need in the neighborhood. Numerous retail and service outlets and restaurants are nearby. The estate also has an underground parking lot where you can leave your car. The facility has opened a wellness area (gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna) - a name pass can be purchased at the pool reception.
