« Unit was clean and as described. Lovely views, quiet area and perfect for a relaxing trip. Unit is well appointed and relaxing on 4th floor balcony provided amazing sunrise & sunset views. No direct beach access as it is on the rocks. Baby beach is very easy 3-5 minute walk. The location is quiet and ideal, away from people, buildings and businesses of Poipu beach. There is a shopping center very close. Only recommendation would be more comfortable and relaxing balcony furniture. »

« Everything was as mentioned when we arrived. The room was inviting and had beach towels rolled on the bed along with a box of chocolate Macadamia nuts. Having the lanai kitchen area was a bonus as it was screened in and allowing the trade winds flow through the room. The host was responsive to our questions. Very satisfied! »

« Beautiful, spacious condo in an excellent Koloa location. The unit was very quiet, spotlessly clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the abundance of extra blankets and pillows, as well as both bath and beach towels. In many places we’ve stayed, only one towel per person was provided, including for the beach, but that was not the case here, which was a huge plus. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to restaurants and Starbucks, and about a 15-minute walk to...

« This is a great spot. We had two couples and two toddlers and it worked well. Space isn’t super friendly for toddlers but it was ok. It’s a short walk to the beach so we rented a beach wagon and that was super helpful with the little kiddos.The house has good AC units and comfy beds and an outdoor shower around the back of the houseGPS kind of leads you to the wrong driveway so you just gotta drive up the street a little bit and enter from the little cul de sac.Definitely would stay here again! »

« Had a fantastic time here. The condo is beautiful and kept well. Had a leak in the sink, but the resort sent over a guy to fix it pretty quickly. Grounds are kept immaculate by the huge team of groundskeepers. Easy 3 minute walk to the beach, and it's centrally located to a lot of other great beaches within 5 minutes drive. Hated to leave. »

« We had a wonderful stay at The Villas at Poipu Kai, unit F210\. With four adults and a child, the layout was just right: plenty of space, spacious bathrooms and an elevator that made it easy for everyone to get around. The pool was beautiful and right outside our door, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The unit had everything we could ask for and the host was very communicative and accommodating, making the trip even smoother. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already thinking about coming...
