Close to beaches, dining, and shopping. Pool steps from the back patio, tennis and walking paths. The air conditioner in the bedroom was nice but the rest of the condo was not air conditioned. This would be our only area of dissatisfaction during our stay. We were here in September, so the weather was quite warm and we couldn’t cool the condo sufficiently with the fans and bedroom a/c. We weren’t in the condo much during the day so this wasn’t an issue. If you prefer sleeping “cooler” this might be something to consider before staying here. We enjoyed the beach, chairs and umbrella and nice wagon to pull everything to the beach close by. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Being walking distance from the beaches was amazing - saw turtles and dolphins and beautiful sunrises and sunsets at Poipu. We used the beach chairs provided in the closet. Very clean and quiet. Excellent deck, nice layout, assigned parking. Flaws were the floors were not swept, the keypad lock didn’t work when we arrived, we had to call the prop mgr and they got it sorted quickly but it shouldn’t have happened. The trails in this area are amazing so if you are into walking Each morning it’s great! , the air con is a floor model in the bedroom which worked ok, if you open the shutters at night the breeze flows through and is a great temp.
