Il ne vous aide pas que ce soit à la réception à la piscine (pour déplacer un fauteuil) à l’entrée Très peu d’aide de leur part. Je suis déçue vraiment du personnel. « Had a wonderful stay at Grand Whiz Mega Mas Manado. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located right next to the shopping center. The staff, especially Ms. Nadia at the reception, were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with authentic Indonesian flavors (not westernized like most hotels) — really delicious! Also, it’s close to many great food spots in Manado center. « Séjour pour une nuit en attendant notre avion à 6H le lendemain. nous avons fait une simple réservation et réglé à l'arrivée, la réception c'est très bien passé, nous avons réservé un transfert pour l'aéroport à 4H00 du matin et demandé un réveil, aucun problème le transfert est un peu cher mais à cette heure matinale nous voulions être tranquille, le chauffeur était à l'heure. Nous avons mis 35 minutes pour accéder à l'aéroport, aucune circulation à cette heure. »

« The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. Il ne vous aide pas que ce soit à la réception à la piscine (pour déplacer un fauteuil) à l’entrée Très peu d’aide de leur part. Je suis déçue vraiment du personnel. J’ai pourtant l’habitude des Sheraton. "
