Not what was advertised
The home we thought we were getting was definitely not what you see in the picture. Multiple things were broken, including the oven, which took four days to get replaced, the dryer doesn’t work, which was never addressed, there is loose boards on the deck with your trip hazard, there is a doorway where the bottom frame has rotted out, and wasp nest in the outdoor shower. Many areas of the house we’re not the same as what the picture displayed such as the grill is not a gas grill but a charcoal grill, the outdoor area carpets are very faded and it is in bad need of a landscaper to come and address the weeds and the vines growing everywhere. The outdoor hose also does not work, and inside the carpets badly need to be steam cleaned. The cleaning prior to us arriving was poor, we had to pick up a remote controller from under the couch, and under the couch was extremely dirty, like it has never been moved. In one of the bathrooms, someone wrote clean me in the dirt on one of the light switches. This was all like this prior to our arrival and we had to address some of the cleaning issues prior to even starting our vacation. The microwave works but the exterior piece is broken and you can see the glass and seal is not properly closing. I sent an email to both Vacasa and Vrbo about these items, and none of it was addressed other than the oven. On the first day that they arrived to fix the oven, they did not let us know that they were even coming and just walked right into the house
