The owners of this exquisite condo are experts on the ketogenic diet and a well-acclaimed author of many Keto diet books. You will be greeted with a complimentary amenity basket upon your arrival which includes several delicious Keto-friendly items.

In this elegant 933 square foot condo, you will enjoy lots of privacy due to its corner location on the second floor.

Your open, bright and spacious living room offers wide windows facing a remarkable, unobstructed ocean view. From here, trade winds can breeze through the unit and work in tandem with the ceiling fans and central air conditioning to ensure you stay cool on warm Maui nights. There is central AC throughout the condo with individual room controls!

You will enjoy custom accent furniture, beautiful decoration throughout, a state-of-the-art flat screen TV in the dining room, which emerges from the kitchen counter top via remote control, stainless steel appliances, a dining table which seats four, an island seating area which seats three and a fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous new, shiny quartzite counter tops. There is also a dedicated KitchenAid ice maker in the kitchen, and a Cuisinart ice cream maker.

In both fabulous bedrooms, you will find cozy king beds. The master bedroom boasts a new Smart TV, and an en-suite bath. The guest bedroom also offers fresh and chic decor. Located directly nearby the guest bedroom is a second full bathroom with shower.

A washer and dryer are also conveniently located within the unit.

Wonderful location, gorgeous few, convenient to restaurants and stores. The photos make the place look bigger than it really is a . one bedroom has limited storage space for clothing however, the view and location more then made up for all this in our opinion.

PERFECT!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. We felt secluded even though we were right in the thick of things. We had the perfect view. We were on the side of the building so we felt we weren't bothering others. Not only did they supply the beach furniture, they supplied the little things like starter packs for the dishwasher, laundry detergent, paper towels, games, backup chargers, etc. They also let us leave all the leftover food so that we knew it would go to people who needed it. This place is owned by an author that had thier books available in the unit so we felt included.. almost like we were staying at a friend's place. The people who manage it was soooo comunicative. It was absolutely incredible. If I ever go back to Maui, I will determine the dates based on when THIS unit is available. It was perfect! Thank you so much for opening this home to us!

We had such a fabulous time and the location was superb!!! Air conditioning was awesome and the only thing I would do is add black out curtains to the bedrooms to allow guests to sleep a little longer. I can’t sleep with light & the sun was my alarm clock at 5:45 -6:00 am every morning and that’s not good when vacationing but other than that e everything was outstanding!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

No AC, but what a view!

The property is in a wonderful location with incredible views. Our first night there we didn’t use the AC but it was impossible to sleep with the noise level on S.Kihei Rd, which seems to last most of the night and into the morning hours. The fact that the condo has louvered windows does not help - they keep out very little noise. The second night we closed the windows and put on the AC. It seemed to work....until we tried to put it on the third night of our ten night stay. We called to report it and a man was sent to check it immediately. He changed the filter but it still didn’t work. We were without air until the last day of our ten day stay. Not cool! Other than that, there weren’t major problems. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels and beach paraphernalia. We would have greatly appreciated some detailed directions for the TV. The dryer vent wasn’t obvious and hadn’t been cleaned out, so that might, at some point, cause a fire. Overall, the view and the location far outway the inconvenience of no AC, but it certainly would have helped.

Best view ever but needs a clean and furniture upgrade

BBQ and bathroom vents were very dirty on check in, the view and proximity to the beach is phenomenal. The living room furniture is not comfortable at all looks nice but not a sit and watch a movie for the night! Kitchen was adequately stocked and we left some extras when we left as we always do. Complex is great but hopefully owners give it a once over

Wonderful vacation

The condo was as shown in the photos. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. There is a bit of road noise at night but it was tolerable. We so enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony each evening, picture perfect!
