Located just one block from the iconic Green Parrot Bar and two blocks from Duval Street, you’ll be surrounded by the best of Bahama Village — from Blue Heaven, Hemingway House, and Willie T’s to endless galleries, cafes, and music. Yet you’d never guess how close you are while sitting on the quiet, one-block dead-end lane where the home rests. Fort Zachary Taylor Beach and State Park are just a quick bike ride away. Inside, you’ll find two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a primary ensuite, each with generous storage, dressers, and hangers to make settling in easy. The kitchen is truly the heart of the home — fully stocked and thoughtfully arranged for everything from margarita making to a full dinner at home, featuring custom tilework, unique countertops, and modern appliances.
