"Bathroom in our room had been recently redone and was nice. Room itself was not bad, more the surrounding area. Stair coverings needed repair for sure. Person manning the desk had to call someone else to take care of check-in. Next morning someone said they couldn't get back in their room and the desk person couldn't help them. Guest finally went knocking on doors to find person who could reprogram his key."

"The property was very clean and nice. Only problem was that the heater (it was raining and cold 40 degrees outside) would run very loud then only go on auto which means kept shutting off and on. It was very dramatic. Not a huge deal unless you are trying to sleep and wake up very early but the noise if this off and on would just help waking us up. Not even sure that’s something that can be fixed. Beds are comfy with lots of pillows. Toilet is VERY low and hard for old knees to get up off. Should be regular height. Great smelling soap and lotion. Great kitchen. More than we expected"

"The room needed serious updating several lights did not work. In the bathroom, paint was peeling off the walls. The bottom of the tube had a brown stain, and the chalk around the tube was moldy. The suite did not specify the size of bed it was a queen instead of a king."

"Room was clean, staff great, breakfast a bit above average. The only issue is we were put in a room very close to the pool. As a light sleeper, the motor noise from that area was on and off all night. Likely wouldn't bother most folks, but... Just don't stay on first floor close to the pool area."
