Disappointing Room
Room was very underwhelming. It is overly priced. Very small room and mountain view was a letdown. It was at level 1 with only a small window when the pictures showed full length window.

Pretty good.
Overall it was a good stay but we had to beg the staff to clean our room. It only happened after asking multiple times at the front desk. We forgot a pair of pajamas and phone battery but because they don’t answer their phone we were not able to speak with anyone to retrieve the items. Very sad. The breakfast was good and ski rental and ski in/out was very easy. Bed were comfortable.

This hotel got everything right. Made my winter holiday with my family a great memory. Rooms were spacious and nice, views were amazing, easy access to ski lifts, wonderful breakfast buffet, outdoor hot tub pool, and best of all dogs with puppies for the kids to play with. Definitely visiting next year though i do wish they make more budget friendly shuttle services available to New Gudauri.

Extremely unfriendly staff, lots of dogs around the hotel that scare the kids and are extremely loud at night we couldn’t sleep. Limited food options. Outdated facilities. And so much more

Nice hotel with great vibes for friends and couples. The rooms are so tiny. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, no room service is available. I will stay again for sure, with a bigger room or suit.

The property has a lovely location with great views and a great pool. We really loved the restaurant and bar, the honey cocktails are amazing, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is perfect, we are vegetarian and there were plenty of great options. The hotel is also spotless clean. A few issues we had: there is nowhere near to buy anything so bring snacks if you have kids or you will need to walk down a highway road to the nearest shop. Not suggested. There is a wine shop but the rooms don't have bottle openers or glasses and takes forever to get them to bring one. The biggest issue is the whole place is totally drowned in peach air freshener, totally overpowering and I felt choked every-time I entered reception. Also, there is no room service at all and the heat at night is often unbearable, we slept with the window open. The hotel has so many great points, but falls short on a few issues that made the stay uncomfortable. They need to get rid of the 'concept store' and get something useful! For the price it is good and if you come more prepared than we did it there wouldn't be an issue. We would stay again for the lovely staff, the food, and the dogs :)

Just like many other tourists that week, I had to make several changes to my itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. The hotel messaged me saying my reservation was canceled by Expedia. I spent 24 hours trying to find out if our reservation was valid and whether we could continue our stay or had to move out. The management is not there on weekends, so the front desk is unable to deal with anything out of the ordinary. Upon calling Expedia, I found out that was a lie - the hotel just did not want to deal with us.

Please note that hotel is not flexible to do any amendments in online bookings, Only Expedia is responsible to do changes unless booker is able to do so. We went deep into your case and turned out, that reservation with reference number 2016871903 was having cancelled status instead of any modification (Changing arrival and departure dates), that was the reason you got notification message from Hotel itself in order to inform you about cancelation by booker/Expedia and avoid misunderstanding between Guests and the Hotel. We are surprised how could Expedia confirm that info about cancelation was lie as we can still see that it is indeed cancelled and hotel waived all fees. We think there was a misleading into tracking of booking process and regret you stating we refused to deal with you. Be assured, we treat every guest with same respect and we are the company with high cense of responsibility and respective reputation in hospitality. We have had wonderful stay in Gudauri Lodge and staff at reception is an amazing welcomed us and during 3 nights stay they all were very helpful from restaurant to reception and room service. I would definitely recommend them for stay and would love to revisit them.

This property has so much to offer! They have their own ski rentals, lockers and school. ATM in the premises, airport/land transfers, severely delicious food, amazing cocktails and selection of wines. If you opt not to go skiing, they have massage and spa. The pool is outside the snow, which is amazing! The picturesque view of the mountains. We really love this resort/hotel. We wish we stayed longer. But will definitely comeback. PS they have the most polite and accomodating staff too.
