"The river access is very nice and the location is good for the national park. The property would be a real gem if the cabin had some improvements. We did not stay the night because of some electrical issues, but the property owner treated us fairly."

River Villa with Pool and Spa ~ best swimming hole in town
10/10 Excellent
"My family thoroughly enjoyed our week! We used every aspect of the property. Everyone loved the river watering hole, watching the wild turkeys and deer in the mornings and evenings, swimming in the pool, and eating all together at the large indoor and outdoor table. The house is spacious and beautiful; I would recommend it!On the less positive side, which is being picky, the skillets need to be replaced, very difficult to cook in and harder to clean, missing smoke detector in second bedroom on main floor and we were led to believe there were 3 beds in both upstairs bedrooms, but only 1 in one of the bedrooms. The rollaway beds wouldn’t hold anyone’s weight, but my 5 year old granddaughter was happy with the mattresses on top of each other. There was plenty of sleeping room for all 11 of us, just not what was expected. We would happily return to this vacation house!"

"Great location walking distance to local brewery. The cottage had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and the place was spot less. We visited Sequoias and had a day on the lake. "
"This cozy property is a great place to visit Sequoia and King's Canyon from. The house is well stocked and clean. The owners are very kind and responsive. We enjoyed sitting on the porch swing and watching the birds out of the front window."

"This house is an experience! Large rambling house and property where you can pretty much spend the whole day exploring. The check-in and out process was seamless and Sandra, the property manager was very quick to respond to queries. This place, while old and admittedly outdated is perfect for large groups who are looking for a unique place to live while exploring the area"
