Updated modern, sophisticated yet comfortable unit. Large 65 inch HD TV in living room and TV in bedroom also. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful garden setting. Large, screened lanai that opens to a tropical oasis. View of the 18th hole of the Fazio golf course. Five-minute walk to the hotel and beach. Sleeps 2-3 Wheelchair accessible. Window Ac unit in the bedroom. All linens and towels are provided. Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. King sized bed very comfortable. Lots of extra bedding/pillows. Kitchen fully equipped - huge array of plates, utensils, etc. Lots of storage space/cupboards in the kitchen. Excellent view of the golf course, fifteen-minute walk to the beach. Great air flow – every room has a ceiling fan so no need for a/c. Pool very clean and uncrowded. Issues: Leakage in the bathroom ceiling from upstairs toilet. Reported to maintenance, they came within five minutes to see it. Moldy/musty smell throughout unit upon arrival. Very noisy – construction going on in upstairs unit, including weekends; power-washing of sidewalks, close to helicopter pad (begins at 8 am and goes on throughout the day). Beach chairs are very small – 2 for children, one for an adult, very low to the ground – might be difficult for some adults to get in and out of. Lanai screen doors are very stiff and awkward to open/close. Couch is very uncomfortable to sleep on and not wide enough for two people (the metal bar digs into your back/hips). Unit was not thoroughly cleaned – furniture has not been moved and floors/surfaces swept/mopped for some time. Expensive Beach House restaurant close by. Nearest supermarket is 6.4 miles away (Foodland) but lots of traffic and roadworks, so give yourself 30 – 60 minutes drive time, each way. ##### Annette P.
