« Desk clerk Sam was great. He fixed an issue I had with the TV. Sam apologized up front for the issue with the room door which was difficult to shut. There were a couple issues in the bathroom that could use attention, mainly the shower curtain rod which is partially broken. Otherwise all was well. »
