We arrived before check-in time and, whereas many hotels will let you check in early if your room is ready, we were firmly told that check in was not until 2pm. « The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel. »
