This host was horrible! They canceled our booking the day of our trip, with no explanation. This happened as we where on the way to the air port, which left us having to find some place too stay at the last minute. I would never book with this host again!!!

WILL BE BACK!!
This condo is perfectly located near everything you need for a week vacation. Pros: Gorgeous building Loved the smell!! Spacious condo Full size amenities Large inground pool Plenty of parking Safe community Game room was awesome Shampoo/conditioner/body wash in shower dispenser in both showers Minutes from the beach Tons of shopping & restaurants nearby Cons: Pool was dirty and not cleaned that weekend Lady on her balcony overlooking the pool every day with her phone on speaker during her lengthy conversation Hallway floor was in need of a mopping. Only ONE key and ONE fob!! You need the key to lock your condo and the fob to exit and enter the building and areas within the complex. This makes it difficult if people have different agendas.

SCAM! We were left sitting in the lobby for an hour on Christmas Eve with three little children. He would not respond to us or the property staff themselves. He did not give an area code with the his contact number. Do not waste you time. Shame on you for stealing especially during the holiday. We have an investigation underway already.

Great location and facility
This was a great facility to stay at. The location was safe, easy parking, elevators, as well as the use of a pool and fitness center. If you have young ones - they even have a game room. The apartment was clean, beds were big and comfy, and the owner was easy to contact. We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay!
Staying at Daniel’s place was one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve ever had. Check in was a breeze, the amenities were amazing, Daniel was quick to respond with any questions I had and you just can’t beat the price. Will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Thank you, Daniel!

Awesome Spot
Lovely property with excellent amenities. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is quite roomy and the beds were extremely comfortable. The ice maker wasn't working, but we didn't want to bother the host over something so simple. So, we just bought a bag of ice and kept it in the freezer. I stayed 6 nights with my adult daughter. The pool is beautiful, though we didn't have much time to enjoy it. We spent most of our time checking out Jacksonville and the surrounding area in contemplation of moving there. The only "negative" was a noise complaint early on that we didn't understand. But our host was very pleasant about the whole thing. The complex is quiet. The only noise we could have possibly made was watching TV when we returned to the apartment in the evening. But we rarely heard anything from the other apartments. Yet, it made us nervous the rest of the stay, trying our best to make no noise at all. Aside from that, it was a great place with a wonderful host!
