Points faibles : Propreté, arrivée, communication et exactitude de l’annonce.
This was the most pathetic apartments we have ever stayed in. The experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The host was extremely unresponsive to messages, and we received no meaningful response until just 22 hours before check-in, when Expedia/Vrbo had to step in and contact the host on our behalf. This caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty before our family trip. The cleanliness and condition of the bedding were also unacceptable. As shown in the photos, the duvet had obvious yellow stains, the origin of which we could not identify. This raised serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the accommodation. Most importantly, the actual apartment was not the same photos as the one advertised in the listing. The discrepancy between the advertised property and the accommodation we were given was unacceptable and undermined our trust in the booking. A holiday apartment should provide basic standards of cleanliness, accurate representation and reliable communication. Unfortunately, this property failed on all three counts. I would strongly advise future travellers to think carefully before booking this apartment. Based on our experience, I would not recommend it and would certainly not stay here again. Avoid if you want a clean, reliable and stress-free stay in Istanbul.
