« Excellente situation géographique à quelques pas de la Marienplatz. Personnel très souriant et serviable. Un plateau café serait le bienvenu dans la chambre. Enfin pour éviter du travail supplémentaire il serait bon de servir le café dans une cafetière au petit déjeuner, c'est gênant pour les clients d'en redemander à chaque fois, de plus le personnel pourrait se consacrer à d'autres tâches. »

The hotel is beautiful, the staff very attentive (the most attentive in all Mandarin Orientals we have stayed in), the room very comfortable (amazing bed and pillows), and the Rooftop terrace is a must. The Matsuhisa restaurant is also excellent and a very different experience and delightful change from beer and sausages! »

« pour la première nuit,nous avons une chambre au deuxième avec vue sur la rue,c'était un peu bruyant car la rue était passante.Pour les 2 autres nuits,la manager nous a très aimablement trouvé une autre chambre,de même catégorie, avec la même vue mais située au 6ième étage,où on entendait beaucoup moins les autos. Pour le reste,l'hotel est parfait du point de vue confort,propreté et équipement. L'hotel est situé un peu loin du vieux Munich pour la marche mais il y a un excellent réseau de...

"Warmly welcomed upon check-in and was grateful for the courtesy dental kit after discovering I’d forgotten my toothpaste. Very small rooms and not enough hooks to hang towels. Didn’t love how housekeeping moved my things to put the replacement towels on the sink when they could have been placed elsewhere. Slept horribly because the room was so stuffy and the airco wouldn’t properly turn on and stay on, and the noise from the train station across the street made it impossible to just leave the window open at night. Also the shower leaked onto the floor and soaked the floor mat. Had to carefully calibrate the water pressure to avoid flooding the room a third time. Also while I was asleep a wall hanging crashed onto my bedside table, which was incredibly disruptive. "

"L'hôtel est très beau, très propre, les chambres spacieuses parfaitement insonorisées et le personnel accueillant. En revanche, en face de la gare donc on a croisé des personnes qu'on était pas forcément rassurés de croiser. Ceci dit en quelques minutes à pieds on sort de cette pas des plus rassurantes de Munich."
