Enough room for my son his wife my husband and I and a baby and doggy. Beach is literally across the street, 50 yards to public walkway to the sand. Nice porch with chairs, outbuilding with all the necessities. Our son will be here another 4 years, we’ll definitely be back, this was perfect."
