Parking is a bit expensive but makes sense for the area. I don’t recommend location for any light sleepers. The walls to the outside are old and windows aren’t sealed great so any outside noise sounds like it’s inside. The street can get pretty busy at night. The intake vent is also extremely loud, I had to keep the air off during the day to hear the TV. There’s also a street lamp directly outside the window that keeps the bedroom bright all night. All worth it, but just a warning to light sleepers! Lots of towns and an extra blanket was nice. ##### E. Nicole V.
