#### Heart of downtown 

Impeccable arrival instructions, extremely responsive host, && fabulous walkable location!!! Feed your parking meter!! (cheaper than the garage but the meter maids will ticket you if you’re not on top of it) Be prepared for the hustle and bustle of being in the heart of downtown directly above a bar with a smooth jazz band. Week nights are chill but Indy has a GOOD TIME Thursday-Saturday. Nothing a little white noise from YouTube couldn’t fix. The MOST COMFORTABLE pillows and duvet covers and the bathroom towels were fluffy &&& smelled SO FRESH! Would recommend and will come back.

The location is excellent. Easy walk to everything downtown. Lewis was an excellent communicator which helped a great deal. The price was extremely high for the unit which was not the cleanest or most comfortable but with the major Swiftie event happening are options were limited and the location and communication over shawdowed any negatives

#### Great stay! (with a couple things to know)

Incredibly comfortable beds! Wow! The condo was as pictured and clean. The layout of the bedrooms gave my friend and I our own spaces. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the other has a bathroom right outside the bedroom so it's just as convenient. Two things worth knowing: there is a sports bar directly below the condo so if it's a game day, expect it to be loud. Also, the building management has highly fragranced air fresheners in each lobby which created an overpowering scent. For those who are sensitive, be aware. There were also fragrance plug-ins in the suite which we tucked away while we stayed.

#### A gem in the heart of downtown

Two bedrooms seperated by the kitchen area gives everyone their own personal space. Dining table and living room are great for gathering together. The kitchen has lots of counter space. The area around the building is clean and easy to navigate. Lots of restaurants nearby

#### Perfect downtown location 

We were attending an event at the Indianapolis Convention Center. This property was a 10 minute walk through a very populated and safe area. The host responded promptly when we had trouble accessing the VRBO App during check-in so we resolved the problem quickly. We met several residents in the building and all were pleasant and neighborly. We highly recommend the property for a stay in Indianapolis

#### Amazing Stay in Downtown Indianapolis

I stayed here with my line sister for the Centennial Boule of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Innnnnncorporated. This space was absolutely perfect. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the property, with the kitchen in the middle. Both bedrooms and the bathrooms were spacious. We were located next to plenty of bars and restaurants, and there is a convenient skywalk to the Circle Center Mall. The kitchen utensils are basic, but they got the job done. From the beginning, the host was super communicative and helpful any time we had questions. He also provided early check in and late check out (for a fee), which was awesome as our flights and plans changed. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Indy.

#### Great apartment right in Downtown Indianapolis

We went to Indianapolis for the College Football championsips. All of the hotels were full and we found these corporate apartments available. The information was a bit confusion at first as the apartment we booked had actually already been booked seconds before. The host was very accommodating and found us another apartment to rent. These are apartments that were probably a ware house before. Very cool. Two bedrooms with a full kitchen and living area. It was cold and we appreciated the inside walkway all the way to other hotels, the convention center and the stadium. Many great resturants were close by as was the circle monmument which was a hub of activity for the game. Would definitely stay there again.

#### A season of overwhelming gratefulness

On November 11th my brother was in a terrible semi accident in Indiana. My family and I live in Northern Michigan and desperately needed suitable accommodation for our immediate family close to Methodists hospital. Today on November 29th my brother who lost his leg got himself into a wheelchair and wheeled himself around the hospital! Lewis was incredible with getting us checked in and overly accommodating and helpful during our stay. The home was very clean comfortable & I cannot express my gratitude enough. Jennifer

We stayed race weekend so maybe that justifies additional fees above the price per night. Mostly hardwoods but carpet on steps and hallway needs cleaned and or replaced. Overall a very nice place.
