The room was very clean, and they provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a great location — just 2 minutes from Higashi-Jujo Station and about 7 minutes from Jujo Station, which made getting around very easy. Thank you again! We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The room appears smaller than shown on photos. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids but there was barely space to open up 2 pieces of luggage. The front desk area is nicely decorated and sparkling. However the room is a bit dated especially the toilet. Breakfast was amazing though with many choices and delicious. If you want to get to the hotel from Omiya station, you can go through the shopping mall with an elevator access, otherwise you need to go down a flight of stairs outside. Overall it was okay for our 1 night stay, if longer it wouldn’t be comfortable due to the small room."

"This was the Prime Location!!! A complete mall below the hotel with underground connection to Ikebukuro station. Only a ten minute walk to the train station that has access to all the major parts of Tokyo. We could not have been happier. The room was nice and our view from the 33rd floor was gorgeous. Good shower and tub. Provided our pajamas and fresh linens daily. Even a family mart right next to the elevator. We ate the best ramen of our entire trip only 200m away from the hotel. "

"This is in a prime location from Sugamo Station. Only about 2 minutes walk that makes it very convenient. Check in and check out is flawless. The bath at the top of the building is always a plus. 3 things that they can improve is to maybe have a air purifier in the room to trap the dust, be able to control the room temperature to your liking (somehow it was either heat or cold but can't control which one you want), and the number of laundry machines. I stayed 4 nights but never saw the laundry available until the day I checked out. "

"We got a double room and it was really small, uncomfortably small for my partner, I and 2 year old son. They probably shouldn’t offer it for family with kids. Despite the room being very small, it had all you would need, but we found it very uncomfortable and that is the reason for our rating. Nonetheless the facilities were very good with free laundry and lovely onsen, free drinks and lots of complimentary items to use during your stay. It’s location is amazing too very close to the station. Staff is lovely and helpful. I would stay again in a bigger room. "

"Despite a minor setback with our original room having an odor from cigarettes and an issue with the AC, the staff quickly rectified the situation. In fact we ended up in a junior suite which looked over the gardens and turned out amazing. The decor is classic European style. The hotel is centrally located, but in a quieter part of the city, with easy commutes by train, taxi or walking to many of Tokyos best sites. Theres also a free shuttle bus to a major train station. You must try the hotel breakfast buffet, a combination of Japanese and American cuisine. Overall a delightful stay."
