A/C worked great. Free breakfast was a big plus, the food was good and filling. The staff have translator devices to help you if you don't speak Japanese. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided, as well as a mini fridge. There are coin laundry machines coin dryers, vending machines, and a microwave available in the lobby. Cons: Beds were very firm and not very comfortable. Directions on cleaning were a little unclear - eventually I understood that they come by to clean every 4 days, and you can't be in the room on that day from 10 to 3 unless you tell them ahead of time to cancel or change the cleaning day. The staff prevented me from using the microwave to heat up dinner one time, I am not sure why. The coin laundry machines and dryers are ok but don't do a great job.
