La 1/2 pension est excellente : entrée, plat, dessert + boisson. le personnel est admirable de gentillesse. L'hôtel est un peu excentré des activités mais si vous avez une voiture de location : pas de problème (parking payant à 40 real par jour). Par contre, le fait que l'hôtel soit sur Barra était pour moi un gros plus : calme et sécurité des lieux. Barra et sa plage sont très agréable. Le nettoyage de la chambre au top ! Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec toujours de la quantité. Franchement très bon. La piscine sur le roof top est pas mal (manque juste un peu de profondeur, mais cela est un détail). A proximité : restaurants et supermarchés... Je conseille fortement cet hôtel pour ceux qui veulent de la qualité au meilleur prix surtout avec la 1/2 pension. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à David qui a mon arrivée m'a tout expliqué, et cela en Français." Il a fallu payer un surplus en arrivant car la réservation de mon fils n'a pas été prise en compte correctement. En arrivant pas de serviettes de toilettes dans la chambre il a fallu les réclamer 4 fois, la piscine est en réparation par contre j'ai payé le même prix que si la piscine fonctionnait. Certains personnels, pas tous, sont très désagréables. Et pour finir au deuxième soir en rentrant la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait toujours pas malgré que nous l'ayons signalé dans l'après midi en partant, il a fallu changer de chambre. Le linge blanc est d'une couleur très douteuse. La semaine précédent notre arrivée j'ai envoyé au moins 10 messages resté sans réponses Bref cher payé pour ce que s'est !!"
