« The cabin was absolutely great! It was very clean. If you have kids, they have a baby gate, pack & play and booster seat. They even had supplies for your pup. The sauna was great and got nice and hot. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The hosts were very quick to respond. »

« We have stayed several times in the UP and this was our favorite property. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we saw several deer walking around and an old sweet black lab that walks around the block. « This is a corporate property and it shows. It's obvious that there is no one that cares about this place. I've stayed at many VRBOs all around the country and this place was the saddest by far. « We had such a wonderful couple days of peaceful serenity while staying at the Hannu Haus. There were do many special touches to the decor that added to the warmth & coziness of the log cabin. It had plenty of space to entertain and well thought out ideas for keeping children occupied. « Our dogs loved the yard and home comfort of the cabin. Very close to quite a few waterfalls, the harbor and the Copper Peak ski jump. Awesome to bike from to all those spots or hike. Highly recommend if you have dogs. Sad we didn't get to try the pub next door, but we will next time! »

« We were planning on cross country skiing but Mother Nature had other ideas. Lots of hiking near by, 6 min from town, was just the right size for the 4 of us! We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. To the owners may want to add more dish towels or a drainer for under drying rack and a new toaster as you have to unplug it to get the toast to come up. »

« We were five friends visiting the UP for our annual ski trip and this was the most pleasant stay we've ever had! There was so much space for all of us to exist without feeling cramped. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub was so nice to relax our sore muscles. The non-skiers among us appreciated being in town to wander around to shops and cafes while the rest of us were on the slopes. It's clear a lot of care and love went into this apartment....

« We loved staying at the Beehive. It's centrally located, has off street parking and all the things you need for a cozy away from home experience. Becky is fantastic! She communicated in such a timely manner and when she saw we were bringing little kids she told us all the things she already had for them to use- which saved us on packing. « We loved the cabin: clean, new comfy furniture, lots of storage, a/c worked great, loved the woods, close to town! We were a bit disappointed that you cannot see the lake from the cabin and that there was another property and a road in between the cabin & the lake. The separate lakefront portion of their land was great, loved the picnic table and shed down there! Not really swimmable from the short dock but there were a couple of sand bars in the lake that we took the boat to and swam off of!...
