This condo features local Upper Peninsula decor, a king bed, and sleeper sofas, perfect for a comfortable stay in the heart of it all. The Neighborhood: Entertainment District Notice Please note that our Village on Aurora properties are located in the heart of the entertainment district. Guests may experience music, events, or other outdoor activities nearby during their stay. These sounds and gatherings are part of the vibrant atmosphere of the area. Other Things to Note: ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The exterior of the building is not impressive but don't be put off by that, what you will find is that the second level apartment is large, welcoming, and extremely well-appointed. Wifi, air conditioning, and Roku TV all worked great. I didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to have whatever one would need for cooking and eating in, and the king bed in the roomy bedroom was very comfortable. Downtown Ironwood is small and you can easily walk to any restaurant, shop, bar, point of interest, etc. -- highly recommend Cold Iron Brewery, which is a 2 minute walk. This place is a real find and I will look forward to staying here again in the future! ##### Brian L.
