« Overall, this place worked for my needs. Sarah was great. Stayed in communication. Loved the charm of the house. Definitely suitable for a party of three max. For the property to be on a main street it was quiet. The property doesn’t have a closet, but there are a few drawers in the nightstand. Also no iron, but I travel with my own so not a dealbreaker. No washer in dryer to do a quick fluff n go, so plan accordingly. Nice upgrades throughout, which I appreciated. Parking wasn’t bad, but it is...

« Stay was great, house is very comfortable and has everything you need for an extended stay. Location is very convenient to 59 and the airport, while also being peaceful and secluded. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Kingwood »

« We stayed 3 nights for a baseball tournament. This home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is very conveniently located. It is decorated very beautifully, and it had all the items we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had a little bit of trouble with the smart lock, but the owner was quick to respond and resolve our issue. The only complaint I had is that the back bedroom is much warmer than the rest of the house (especially during the daytime), even using the fans. »

« This was a great stay. My family and I enjoyed this house. The convenience to NRG was easy at the most 15 mins with traffic. Most food places we tried were within 15-20 mins from our location. The neighborhood was quiet and you can’t hear cars passing by or heavy traffic. It is an up and coming neighborhood with some new builds in the area. The attention to detail on this house from the pantry and refrigerator stocked with things to the decor. It was one of my favorite airbnbs so far in Houston....
