We love the location within the East Riding on a pristine lodge park with tea room and fishing lakes. Dog friendly and with private hot tub for relaxation on an evening.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Patio Doors Leading To Patio Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. Back garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue (Charcoal). Grounds with sitting-out area. (shared with other properties on-site). Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a step in the garden.. Captain’s Lodge at Westfield Country Park in rural East Riding is a welcoming retreat for families and dog owners alike. This stylish and comfortable lodge features an open-plan living space with a dedicated dining area, plush sofas, and a large Smart TV for entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, making it perfect for self-catering stays. A stunning feature glass wall floods the lodge with natural light, creating a bright and airy feel. The two bedrooms—one double and one twin—each boast en-suite facilities and direct access to the enclosed garden. Outside, guests can unwind in the private hot tub or relax in the seating area, while dogs have a secure space to explore.  
  
Westfield Country Park is a peaceful, well-maintained site offering excellent on-site amenities. A dedicated dog walk ensures four-legged friends are catered for, and a highly popular tea room serves delicious lunches and afternoon teas. For fishing enthusiasts, private fishing lakes are available at an additional charge.  
  
The lodge is just three miles from the coast, providing easy access to sandy beaches. Traditional seaside towns such as Hornsea and Withernsea offer classic days out with promenades, amusements, and fish and chips by the sea. For history and culture lovers, Burton Constable Hall is nearby, while the historic market town of Beverley, with its racecourse, independent shops, and vibrant restaurants, is within easy reach. Golfers will find a variety of excellent courses in the area, and the city of Hull offers theatre, dining, and museums.  
  
An afternoon at Escape solving puzzles or visiting The Deep are a must. A little further inland is the historic City of York and further along the coast RSPB Bempton Cliffs. Nature lovers can explore the stunning Yorkshire Wolds, a haven for walkers and cyclists, or visit Spurn Point Nature Reserve, where birdwatching and seal spotting are highlights. The East Riding countryside is teeming with wildlife, including barn owls, hares, and deer. Captain’s Lodge provides the perfect balance of rural tranquillity and access to a range of attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring this unspoiled part of Yorkshi
