The apartment offers a large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms (one of which has an additional stackable bed), a bathroom, balcony, ski storage room and access to the large garden. You can park directly at the house. In winter, this apartment is an ideal starting point for winter sports. Just 15 minutes by car from Hüttau is the entrance to Ski Amade, the largest winter sports region in Austria with a total of 760 kilometers of slopes and 270 lifts. From Flachau you will be transported directly to the Salzburger Sportwelt, where there are 250 kilometers of slopes and 97 lifts available. The extensive ski areas Kleinarl / Flachauwinkl / Zauchensee and Flachau / Wagrain / St. Johann are the absolute top destinations of the network. Hiking, cross-country skiing and tobogganing are of course also among the options. In summer, active holidaymakers get their money's worth in the beautiful surroundings, but so do those who are looking for peace and quiet, and the Eben im Pongau adventure swimming lake offers lots of swimming fun in summer! We hadden alleen de boven verdieping gehuurd, maar mochten het volledige huis gebruiken. Ruime keuken met vaatwasser en voldoende servies en keukengerei. Grote koelkast met vriezer en een magnetron. We mochten ook kosteloos een barbecue lenen. Alles was zeer netjes en schoon. Halverwege de vakantie kregen we ook een nieuw schoon handdoeken pakket. Men heeft gescheiden afval inzamelen. Afspraak dat we een vol emmertje buiten bij onze trap neerzetten. Op welke dag of tijdstip dat ook gebeurde... Binnen een half uur had men het emmertje geleegd beleefden bij onze voordeur gezet. De eigenaren van het vakantiehuis wonen in het naastgelegen huis. Hebben en kleine boerderij met 2 stiertjes, een varken, kippen, ganzen, hond en enkele katten. Lieten ons helemaal met rust maar stonden altijd klaar om te helpen. Omgeving van het huisje is heel rustig op een berg boven Huttau. Dit dorpje is vrij rustig. Voorzien van een Spar, museum en 2 restaurantjes met terras. Kon je voor een aantrekkelijke prijs goed eten. De kopermijn nabij Huttau is wel een bezoekje (met rondleiding) waard. In Bisschofshoven waren er grote supermarkten met ruime openingstijden en meer voorzieningen. In de omgeving was er voldoende vertier te vinden. Al zijn er in de zomer maar weinig gondels en liften actief. In Flachau voldoende vertier voor gezinnen met kinderen. Ook het oude centrum van Salzburg is goed bereikbaar en een bezoekje waard. Bij Werfenweng was wel een gondel met mogelijkheden voor allerlei activiteiten. De huiseigenaren lieten je volledig met rust. Bij het nabijgelegen hotel Post (in Sint-Martin) kon je ontzettend lekker eten. En erg vriendelijk personeel bij de Spar in Hüttau. Door 4 minuten vanuit het dorp naar boven te rijden bereik je de vakantiewoning. Daardoor is het uitzicht prachtig!! We mochten gebruik maken van het hele huis. Het voordeel is dat we daardoor de beschikking hadden over een vaatwasser en tweede badkamer met toilet. Omgeving is prachtig met veel wandel- en natuuractiteiten binnen een half uur á 3 kwartier. Klein nadeel is dat je vanuit het huisje altijd 10-15 minuten moet rijden naar Bisschofshofen of de andere kant op om de autoweg op te kunnen. Aanrader is de Salzburgerland card! Hüttau zelf is een klein plaatsje, voor boodschappen is het handiger om naar een grotere plaats te gaan. Het restaurant links naast de bank is erg goed en goedkoop. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Bianca H. We mochten van de gastvrouw het hele huis gebruiken ipv alleen de boven verdieping. Hierdoor hadden wij ook ineens de beschikking over een vaatwasser en kon mijn dochter met haar man en baby gewoon de hele bovenverdieping gebruiken en wij beneden. Allebei een eigen badkamer was prettig. Alleen de bovenverdieping was wel krap geweest keuken lees leefruimte is daar best klein. De badkamers waren in tegenstelling met de foto's op deze site mooi opgeknapt. Erge lieve mensen niks is te veel. Als je wilt mag je zelfs gebruik maken van haar wasmachine. ( hebben wij niet gedaan maar gewoon op de hand gewassen, waslijnen en rek aanwezig) Eigen wasmachine in het huis zou heel fijn zijn. Om het huis zijn dieren zoals kippen, loopeenden, de hond en 2 katten van de gastvrouw en er stonden 2 stiertjes in de wei. De schommel van haar kindjes mocht gebruikt worden en er staat ook een zandbak. Voor de baby werd een bakschommeltje opgehangen. De omgeving is groen mooie vergezichten. Salzburg dichtbij en verder leuke dorpjes en almen om naar toe te rijden en te bewandelen. In het dorp kleine Spar voor de boodschappen en een echte slager verder niets behalve 2 restaurants waar je goed en voor goede prijs kan eten.
