Located in East Downtown, you'll feel like you're in the center of Downtown with the breath-taking views of the skyline that can be enjoyed from our large 500sf rooftop. The Space: Our home has a little bit of something for everyone! Spanning from our four different themed rooms: Girl's Night Out Room, Tulum Room, Pop Art Room, and Modern Bunk Room, we've designed a space that is perfect for entertaining large groups and creating a memorable experience that will have you coming back for more. Make sure to snap a photo on the LARGE rooftop terrace with the Houston skyline in the background. Pop Art Bedroom (Master Bedroom): features a canopy king bed Tulum Bedroom: features a king bed Girl's Night Out Bedroom: features two queen beds - make sure to turn off the lights and hit the special light switch that puts the room in PARTY MODE Modern Bunk Bedroom: features two large queen bunk beds (four queen beds total) and one luxurious velvet sleeper sofa Parking: Private gated property / driveway with double car garage and lots of FREE street parking available Wanna know more about the home? \-Incredible large rooftop terrace overlooking downtown and and the Houston Medical Center. \-The home is very well maintained and very clean. \-Tons of windows to let in natural light for a very open feel. Living/Dining/Kitchen: Large, fully furnished living room with a 75" 4k Smart TV. Smart TV available for access to all streaming services. \*There is no cable TV\*. 1 very large and comfortable sectional sofa and two lounge chairs. The dining table features 8 seats and easily converts into a ping-pong and pool table for guests and their groups to enjoy. Our beautiful and open kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware. A Shuffle Board is also located on the 3rd floor for guests and their group to enjoy! Bathrooms: 3 full private, ensuite large bathrooms. Hand soap, body wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. 2nd floor, near the living room, has an additional half bathroom containing a sink and toilet. \-Tons of closet space and shelf space in all three bedrooms. Closet hangers provided. \-Energy efficient central HVAC. \-Most premium high speed WIFI \-Fresh towels provided. \-Washer and Dryer available. It was clean, the owner very responsive to messages and had a lot of amenities. The only side comment I would make is to note that anyone staying on the top floor doesn't have readily available access to a bathroom unless they enter one of the other bedrooms or go to the main floor for the half bath. It wasn't the end of the world, but slightly inconvenient. Having 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms though was a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay, went to a football game. Neighborhood is 3 blocks from the convention center and the big hotels. About a 15 walk and a straight shot with sidewalks. Some amazing restaurants within 10-12 minute walk. I needed an iron one day and couldn’t find it. The owner had a new one to me immediately. The rooftop deck was really cool. Unfortunately we didn’t get to utilize as much as I would have liked because Houston was having an unusual cold snap. For the amount we paid, I would never stay there again. -Upon entering the home, there was an awful smoke smell that was very strong throughout. -The ping pong table net was a joke and was unusable. The net was broken and taped to a pencil, so there was no way to connect it to the table.-We saw bed bug traps around the beds, which was very concerning and not mentioned at all. -the pictures of the rooftop deck show a black swing and fire pit to use and neither were there. One of the toilets had urine all over the seat. They removed smoke detectors rather than replacing the batteries when 2 of the detectors started chirping (one in the middle of the night in one of the bedrooms we were using). The small front yard had 23 full dog poop bags surrounding the perimeter that were there for several days. The door handle to the house from the garage was broken off the door and laying on the floor of the garage. The shower in the street level room doesn’t drain properly.
