However, the downstairs area had some garbage in the drive up bay that could be picked up to look nicer upon arrival. The floors and the inside stairs were visibly dirty, the bunk beds have sand in the area where the mattress sits, the coffee machine was broken, there were no laundry nor dish detergent tablets, no pot holders and no cookie sheets. Other than that, there were plenty of towels, the A/C worked well, property manager was easily contactable and we’d definitely stay here again. The price was good for the location.
