A completely furnished 5 BRs, 3 baths, dining rooms, fully equipped kitchen, a splendid backyard w/patio furnished w/ sofas, dining tables, chairs, fire pit, mini golf.

Indulge in the stylish industrial mid century setting of this home, offering a cool , retro and modern mix vibe that resonates with the vibrant culture of the area. A full men cave game room with all type of game tables, an out door cool bar with TV for your family/ group to have a blasting game night or reunion, or simply a treat to your business partners so they can enjoy a millionaire club resort.  
This beautifully adorned residence is equipped with all the modern amenities, bringing the pulse of city art living to your doorstep with creative artsy and Boho decors.  
As the day transforms into night, the expansive backyard turns into a serene sanctuary, illuminated by lights that mirror the enchanting night sky.  
  
This completely furnished five-bedroom residence features three full bathrooms, a dining room, a fully functional kitchen and a splendid large backyard with an insta-worthy patio , furnished with sofas, dining tables, chairs and fire pit around the pool and a mini golf area. There's ample room for outdoor leisure and activities, not to mentioned about the beautiful long huge patio that is ready for any event such as wedding, anniversary, baby shower, bachelor/bachelorette, birthday, business meeting and more…

\- Fast Wi-Fi and ROKU TVs . We have total of 3 smart TVs from 55”-65” in the house.  
\- On-site washer and dryer.  
\- We are providing a 26 Qt -11 functions air fryer and toaster combo.  
\- A dual K-cup and drip coffee and tea machine with all condiments  
\- Keyless entry for easy and convenient self-check-in.  
\- Professionally cleaned and sanitized after every booking  
\- All linens and towels are replaced with clean ones after every booking  
\- Our home has 10 queen/full beds, 2 twin beds sleep more than 20 people  
\- Only few minutes to the China town, Asian town, Markets, Hobby Airport, Downtown , West loop, The Galleria Mall,The Heights, Midtown, the Texas Medical Center, NRG Stadium, the Houston Zoo, the Museum District, and more!

Guest have access to the entire house except the locker for private use and storage.  
Other things to note  
This house is surrounded by a lot of trees and has a large backyard , so there will always be some leaves and plant debris on the lawn, backyard, specially the pool is outdoor with no cover, even after we have just cleaned them. Rest assured that the pool is taken care of weekly, by professional pool company with monitored schedule and process.  
  
If you have more guests to come, please let us know about them.  
Without informing, we have the rights take further actions and report with an authority departments.  
  
We are on a sensitive septic system. Please only flush toilet paper down into the toilet. All other items please use the trash bin.  
Please remember you're staying in our home, not a hotel, so please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to take care of them ASAP.
