Summary:  
Welcome to this elegant three-bedroom apartment (1360 sqft/126 sqm) in Houston's vibrant prestigious condominium community, The Millennium. Renowned for its proximity to premier shopping destinations like The Galleria and fine dining options, this apartment offers both luxury and convenience. You'll also be just a short drive from attractions such as Memorial Park and River Oaks District. Enjoy exclusive amenities including a sparkling outdoor pool, a gym, and a communal outdoor area perfect for relaxation and socializing.  
  
The Space:  
Upon entering the home, you will be met by the welcoming hall. To the left will be the first bedroom and bath. The bedroom is furnished with a large king bed, closet and chest of drawers. The hall bath has a full-sized vanity with one sink and a shower tub combination. Following the second bedroom, with two twin-sized beds, is the laundry room to your right along the same wall where the thermostat is located. Following the hall is the large kitchen with full-sized stainless steel apartments, equipped with porcelain dinnerware. The dining area has a bistro-styled table and 4 matching chairs. The living room is furnished with a sofa, chair, coffee table, and a large flat-screen television equipped with Roku and other streaming applications. The master bedroom is furnished with a large king bed, and walk-in closet and includes an en suite bath. The en suite bath has a shower tub combination and a double sink vanity.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Located in the Uptown district, this home is central to restaurants, shopping at the Galleria and Memorial Park. Downtown, Midtown and the Medical Center are a short 20 minute drive. This home includes access to the outdoor rooftop lounge with areial views of Uptown and Downtown.  
  
Getting Around:  
There is a public bus transit stop located conveniently across the street on Mid Lane and Westheimer Road.
