« The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. « I spent 2 nights here with my husband, my 3 boys, and my dad, and we were very impressed with the property. The host was very responsive to all questions and prompt with any info we needed to access the property. The property is older and obviously has wear and tear on the outside, but the inside of the apartment was beautiful and clean. « The pictures do not do this property justice. The three story home has 3 beautiful bedrooms, each with luxurious bathrooms. The main bedroom and the living room has a small patio and then there's a rooftop seating area that is an excellent spot for gazing at the Houston night skyline. The quiet area is gated off a not too busy street in a beautiful neighborhood. We did have a couple of issues upon our arrival but the hosts were on top of it and had it resolved the next day. « Booking and communication with host was easy. The area is well monitored by law enforcement. Visible homeless in the area, but not instrusive. The parking garage and building are very secure. This unit has a designated parking spot with fob access to the building. The unit was clean and plenty of space with many extra amenities. Patio. Bed was comfortable. 10 minute walk to NRG, entry at gate 11, for rodeo we cut thru Holiday Inn and caught the tram to the NRG center. Overall a wonderful space....
