« This apartment was very roomy & comfortable and can't beat the location! I was staying for a multi-day meeting at the convention center and this worked out beautifully! Would also be great for anything at the Toyota Center (right across a small park). As others have mentioned, it is noisy - earplugs are provided, though! Kitchen is small but serviceable. Host very responsive to my inquiries. The security for the building is very good - gates and electronic lock. Neighborhood streets got crowded...

« This was an okay stay. These are the reasons why it was just okay.. My check in got pushed from 4pm to 7pm. Mind you my plane landed at 11AM, but they extended my check out to 1PM. Bed was super comfortable, it just honestly didn’t have a comforter it was like a bunch of sheets on my bed. Clean for the most part, walls super thin, and I’m sure it’s a spot in the mural that’s mold near the window. Neighborhood was safe and quiet! And it’s in the heart of Montrose for the people »
