Fire up the grill for a delicious BBQ. Venture outside to find the Kemah Boardwalk in walkable distance. The Boardwalk features attractions, stores, and restaurants and being so close make planning your visit to Kemah a breeze. This vacation home has something for everyone, making it the ideal place to create lasting memories! ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. ● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms. House Rules: \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property. \- One-night stays must be approved. \- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Pets are not allowed. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- The homeowner\`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard. \- No jumping or diving into the water.
