« We booked this hotel because Expedia stated that they would have a crib. They did not. The only word to describe the property is "disgusting ". The entire property had a rank odor to it. The kids enjoyed the pool but it was cloudy and questionable. The rooms were worse. We enjoyed having ajoining rooms but both had a terrible rancid smell. The carpet had several dark sticky stains, the bathroom was poorly lit but enough to see dirty grout, broken tiles. The over property is very run down. This...

« This place was horrible! It was infested with live and dead cockroaches and other bugs. The toilet had black mildew in it. The carpet was dirty…the beds were made but not sure the sheets had been changed. The towels smelled! This place should be condemned!! The young lady who helped us was kind and apologetic. She offered us another room but I just couldn’t imagine staying there. I took pictures and video then asked for a refund. It was terrible!! »
