« Everything about the listing was accurate. It is cozy, quiet and peaceful. I could walk up the road towards a dead end with my dogs and also down to Hoodsport from the cabin. There is a bit of noise from the highway up above the property, but really only in front of the house. The babbling creek was what was heard from the house and back area over the creek. There is also an open area just steps from the front door to walk dogs, too. The kitchen was very well stocked! The host was responsive...

« This stay was beyond our expectations. The location is in town within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is also close to all the activities of the Olympic National Park. The house is newly remodeled and is in impeccable condition. There was everything we needed for a wonderful short stay including lawn chairs and kayaks. We would love to come back again next year. Highly recommended. »

« The northeast exposure was the best view. Windows gave a great view. Large kitchen, comfortable beds. When we discovered the (grill) propane tanks were empty, someone was there within 15 minutes with new ones. »

« This house is wonderfully located on the lake shore. The place is quiet, the view is amazing from the terrace, where we enjoyed barbecue parties for our family dinners every night. Tony, the owner, did a great job refreshing this lake house : everything is modern and convenient, the hotbtub is great, you will find fishing poles and bait if you want to try it with one of the numerous kayaks available for you, or from the private deck. « It was awesome. Secluded yet not too far from town and my son who lives in Shelton. It was great to take a walk to the shore which was an adventure walk with blackberries and sweetpeas. The high tide and low tides were an adventure especially as it was full moon. The surprise on the last few days was the view of Mt. Rainer. Thank you Robert for a great place to stay will be telling friends about it »

« Everything was great! The driveway is very steep and difficult to find. Worth warning future guests about.Our only 2 complaints were the Master bathroom shower was a bit of a joke. The spout was very short and the flow was weak.The other was that the outdoor patio cushions had a lot of bird poop on them. Fortunately we had some extra rough blankets.However, other than this, we had an excellent time with no issues. Beautiful property and a exquisite views! »
