« Friendly staff, nice breakfast, unfortunately no hot water for the whole weekend. Staff kept saying it was repaired but that wasn't the case. The weekend, was cold and wet so no hot shower was pretty grim. »

« Hotel very clean and freshly painted. Great view of the sea. Our room was clean and modern but noisy as next to the bar and water evacuation pipes just next to our bed. Probably got the hotels.com room. Breakfast booked for 9 am - very good but service disorganised. »

« Nous avons demandé un thé vers 11:00 pour y accueillir un ami, réponse: “there is no service now”. Puis nous avons demandé pour un entretien avec notre visiteur, au calme car il y avait un match de foot dans le grand salon et beaucoup de bruit, sollicitant de nous mettre dans un salon annexe, réponse: “no that’s not possible”. « Cute and cosy inn! We enjoyed our stay here, and the food and drink was excellent. Staff were also great, and the location couldn’t be better. The only issue was a lot of noise coming through from other rooms, waking us up. »

« The staff were very friendly, and the location is dreamy – Seahouses is a charming seaside town with a lively main street, easy access to pubs, and the inn’s restaurant has a genuinely lovely view of the sea. « This boutique hotel is perfect in every way. A fantastic location close to the beach and other local areas like Seahouses, Bamburgh, Craster, Alnwick and Beadnell village. The staff are so friendly, smiley and helpful and work so hard. The Full Northumbrian breakfast is outstanding . We will be returning. Thank you ! »
